Let us know, right away if there is an issue, so we can make things right. We can’t solve a problem that we don’t know about.
Don’t just wolf all your food down, then let us know (when you get your check) that there was a problem & then EXPECT us to MAKE IT RIGHT.
If you EAT it – you pay for it. Period.
If its illegal – Don’t do it, Don’t bring it…..DUH!
In case you hadn’t noticed, we sell food and drinks, being that we are a RESTAURANT.
There is a corking fee for outside Wine or beer brought in & consumed here.
There is also a BYO charge for those that ask for water & bring their own flavor. It costs to have staff serve you & clean up after you.
***Also – Water w/ Extra Lemons & sugar packets is LEMONADE – YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR LEMONADE!
We care about your safety. If you have food sensitivities or allergies, please let us know. So that we can make sure that your food is prepared with all the precautions necessary.
If you do not – we can not be held responsible for any cross contamination of foods that might be harmful to you.
Please don’t tell us you have an allergy just because you don’t like something. It does take extra time & effort to prepare the food for people when we are given the ALLERGY MOD.

Read the Menu descriptions. Talk to your server. Act like a grown-up. So, when your food or drink order is delivered to you “error-free,” the transaction is officially complete.

Our meals are hand-crafted / created by us – you should really try them before changing them.
If you want a bunch of “modifications” to a menu item, or want to order something that’s not even on the menu, we’ll do our best to help you out.
We also charge you accordingly.
So, if you have concerns about the cost of your “special request,” ask your server about it BEFORE placing the order. Once the food is in your belly, DO NOT argue when the bill comes.
Also, If you think we should give extras away, sorry, there is no delivery truck of free stuff. ~ Everything Costs – so Everything is charged

We have a small kitchen & sometimes have a rail full of tickets. You are NOT the only guest we have. We also have to go’s to make. Look around & ask before becoming agitated/rude/obnoxious. Please ….. BE PATIENT & UNDERSTANDING.
Tipping for service in bars / restaurants is the accepted custom in the USA.
While tipping may not be required by law, people who do not tip are really just ridiculous. Wait staff makes a “TIPPED MINIMUM WAGE” & rely on their tips as part of their wages.
If Non-tippers are truly committed to their belief, we suggest they notify their server up-front, giving the server the opportunity to give them the correct service & allow those servers to direct their efforts toward patrons that are paying for their services.

Wait staff takes time away from their dine in guests to take, place, Check for correctness, bag & cash out your order. They deserve the tip that goes along with their service.

For gods sake – please teach your kids how to tip & act as customers.
Don’t just unleash them on us – w/o properly educating them on good restaurant behavior/procedure
~ Those that leave passive-aggressive notes on their receipt
~ Not tipping
~ You who leave crazy messes on & around the table or allow your kids to dump sugars & creamers all over the table & then leave it.
~ Those who treat staff like crap…..
This person posts exaggerated/false reviews on the Review sites & Review Groups online. Especially those people thrown out for acting like fools.
